The spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Campaign Organization, Alhaji Buba Galadima has said that President Muhammadu Buhari is incapable of piloting the affairs of the country any longer as he his currently under the cabals and not physically fit to rule.
Galadima insisted that Buhari will not be the President to be sworn in on May 29.
Appearing on African Independent Television , Galadima said that the president is under the influence of the cabals running the government and that he his been caged.
